City of Plattsburgh NY

Regrowth Planning has been selected to assist LaBella Associates with the City of Plattsburgh Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). Regrowth is supporting this effort with the development of Design Guidelines for many of the city neighborhoods, as well as the illustrative graphics for neighborhood vision and area & bulk requirements.
